As part of our authentication process, all submitted documents undergo careful review and stringent verification procedures. Documents may be rejected for various reasons, including the following:
Image Quality Issues
- The image is blurry or unclear, making the information difficult to read.
- The document photo is incomplete and does not show all four corners.
- The image submitted is a screenshot instead of an original photo.
Important: Only original photos are accepted for security purposes—screenshots of photos are not allowed.
Mismatched Information
- The name, address, Social Security Number (SSN), or date of birth on the document does not match the information in your profile.
Expired Documents
- The submitted Driver’s License, ID card, or Passport has expired.
Other Reasons
- Rejection may occur for reasons not listed above. Please contact our support team for clarification if needed.
